| Listen Technologies Introduces New ADA Assistive Listening Systems
Listen Technologies Corporation today announced the availability of four new assistive listening systems to meet the requirements of the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for accessible design.
Compliant with today’s Department of Justice Title III of the ADA for assistive listening systems, each of the
Listen ADA systems provide all the necessary components to meet the new standards for the minimum number of receivers/ALDs required based on the capacity seating of assembly areas. And, they also meet the standards for the number of receivers/ALDs that are required to be hearing aid compatible.
“We are pleased to introduce these simple systems to make it easy for our customers to equip their facilities with an assistive listening solution that meets their particular needs,” said Cory Schaeffer, VP of Sales Worldwide for Listen Technologies. “These systems offer a solution for all budgets, and are backed by our limited lifetime warranty. What get us excited is that while these systems will help organizations be compliant, they offer them a solution to enrich the personal listening experience of their customers.”

| SurgeX Announces Industry First ELEVEN YEAR AC Power Product Warranty!! |
| INFOCOMM 2010- Las Vegas
Setting aside all the distractions of competing manufacturers increasing their Warranties to 10 years to keep pace the SurgeX 10 year warranty in place since the companies founding in 1995, company CFO and VP of Sales Shannon Townley announced at the National Representative Meeting in Las Vegas that the Warranty on all SurgeX professional AC Power Products would be increased to an Industry first ELEVEN YEARS.
Townley kicked off the campaign on the INFOCOMM show floor by handing out "Crank it up to 11!" T-shirts to all who visited the SurgeX booth and had a contest whereby if anyone was seen wearing the T-shirts at the NSCA Education Foundation's Concert at the Hard Rock Hotel's Club Vanity featuring the Drunk Unkles, those individuals would eligible to win some very nice prizes.
Shannon Townley states, "Since the company's founding in 1995, no other manufacturer in our industry can boast a failure rate lower than SurgeX, not even close. Having this kind of confidence in our products, circuitry, and performance makes it easy for us to extend our Warranty to eleven years to our loyal customer base."
The Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of eleven years from the date of purchase.
SurgeX also announced that the Warranty for the batteries supplied with their new line of UPS products would carry a two year Warranty.
