Prior to starting CS&A, John was a product manager at beyerdynamic for six years, created their Contracting Mic Division, served as National Consultants Liaison, and was Inside Sales Coordinator. Prior to beyerdynamic, John worked with various Rep firms in the Metro NY area.
In addition to John's work activities, he's a musician and plays bass in two bands. He does several side projects which include recording and sitting in with other groups covering many styles of music from Bluegrass to Celtic, Rock, Blues, Prog and Jazz.
John is also an avid bicycle rider, and raced at the semi-pro ranks for several years.

Michael's background as a microphone specialist goes back to 1979 when he was drafted by Shure Brothers as the then youngest product manager in their company's history and was involved with the development of some of the most popular microphones ever made and still used today. He also worked at Electro Voice and Jensen prior to joining beyerdynamic where he was National Sales Manager for beyerdynamic's Pro Audio and Broadcast Division.
Michael's world wide travels in his previous positions have had him work closely with some of the most influential professionals in the music, touring, pro audio, recording, broadcast, retail, film and business world. Michael is a true seasoned professional with a long list of credentials to back it up.
Outside the business world Michael is an established guitar player and historian of guitars and amplifiers.
He is also an avid golfer.

Allan joined CS&A in 2001.
Born in Scotland, Allan grew up around music. Prior to coming to the states in 1990, he was a touring musician. From 1990 to 1993 Allan was the Sales and Marketing Director at Cotton Hill Studios in Colonie NY.
From 1993 to 2000, Allan was a Sales Manager and Project Manager at Specialized Audio-Visual Inc. (SAVI) where he worked on major AV projects like the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas, Luxor Egyptian Theatre, Blue Man Group, Lance Burton Theatre, Starlight Express and many others. Allan is a graduate of Syn-Aud-Con.
Allan, now a Pennsylvania resident continues to develop and hone his skills as a well respected Manufacturers Representative. He is still an active musician playing several different instruments, and plays at numerous musical events througout the year.

Bob joined CS&A in 2001.
Bob is a graduate of Yale University, with a BA in Music History. In 1983 Bob received a Masters degree in Educational Media and Technology from Boston University. Bob ran the Media Division as an Instructional Television Coordinator at Suffolk University in Boston. He has worked for an AV Integrator prior to joining CS&A.
Bob also holds the record at CS&A with 5 consecutive "Bulldog" awards from Listen Technologies. This award is given to the salesperson who shows the most tenacity, dedication and effort to get the sale. This is a very prestigious award.

Ken joined CS&A in 2001.
Born in Meridian MS., Ken spent most of his professional career at Peavey Electronics where he climbed the ranks from a service technician all the way up through a Regional Sales Manager for the South East for their MI Division. He ultimately became National Sales Manager for Peavey's Commercial Division.
Ken played an important role in the introduction of the MediaMatrix DSP platform.
Ken has established his position in the Middle Atlantic region, continues to grow and has become a highly respected key manufacturers representative for the region.

Rich joined CS&A in May 2008. His career path has had him involved in all aspects of audio and video from rental to staging to club design as well as systems design.
Rich grew up in Paramus, NJ. He attended Ramapo College, where he started out as an Enviornmental Science major, then switched to Physics.
He Currently lives in Cornwall New York with his wife Regina and daughter Alyssa. Rich works with his town's Fourth of July Committee putting on one of the areas most popular and ambitious holiday celebrations. He also does volunteer work for the Hudson Valley Ballet Theatre.
Rich enjoys hiking, collecting vintage audio gear, and enjoys good music of virtually any style or genre.

Jim joins CS&A as a Regional Technology Specialist effective October 19th, 2009.
Jim has a strong and extensive engineering background and has spent the last 16 years in project engineering, design and project management roles at key av integrators in the North East.
He has extensive programming and design experience with Biamp Audia and
Nexia. His role will be technical support, and a continuing education training program from beginning to advanced levels with our valued Biamp integrators, consultants, and end users as required.
Jim is deeply conversant with all of the main AEC DSP platforms used in the AV space. Jim's ability to be fluent in all of the main acoustic echo platforms will offer our clients a broad and easy to understand perspective of the advantages Biamp can bring to their installations, offer value add to their clients designs and deliver a superior product.
Jim is an outdoor enthusiast, and his adventures take him mountain biking, hiking, sea kayaking, horseback riding and motorcycle touring.
He is also an audio enthusiast
& hobbyist focusing on vintage two channel home equipment & discrete
high quality mobile installations.

As Office Manager, Priscilla's responsibilities include direct interface with all CS&A manufacturers on a daily basis, direct interface to all CS&A field sales offices, accounts payable and receivables, order entry, order tracking and expediting, literature coordination, payroll, commissions, lead distribution, trade show travel and coordination.
